LEGACY (Oldenburg Gelding)

Legacy (OLD) arrived in the United States in 1999 at the age of 5. Linda Weiss was delighted with her European aquisition. Linda has enjoyed getting to know her new horse, although it's a juggle when you have multiples.

Legacy won the DASC Championship at 2nd level in 2001, was placed 5th at 2nd level (USDF HOY), and placed 1st in the Oldenburg registry of North America at 2nd level (USDF All-Breed Awards). Legacy won DASC's 3rd-level championship in 2002. Jutta began showing him in Prix St. Georges in 2004, before she left California for Florida.

Tralee Diamond (ISH Gelding)
A trip to beautiful Ireland looking at Ireland's famed jumper lines (ISH), evolved into a purchasing trip for a new client just getting started again after 20+ years away from horses. Looking for a smart, well-schooled horse that was versatile, kind in disposition, athletic, smart AND attractive.

A match was found in 11-year old Silver (ISH). Silver's first career was as a jumper where he sucessfully competed at international levels (to Grand Prix), and later became a children's jumper (4'6"). Here was a horse that really fit the bill, and after a brief re-education in Dressage where Silver excelled at First level this summer (culminating in the First Level IDHS(NA)/USDF All Breed Award), he's at home now, in Texas, with his owner Nancy Shemwell. Congratulations and enjoy Nancy!

K.E.C. Double Diamond (RID Stallion)
During the same trip to Ireland where Jutta met Silver, she also stumbled upon a stunning chestnut Registered Irish Draught stallion (RID) at the Kennedy barn. Not in the market for a horse for herself and certainly not a jumper at that time, she came home without him, but couldn't get him out of her mind.

After a few months of contemplation - and trying to figure out how this could come to fruition - Jutta committed to Oisin's purchase and he was imported in 2001 at age 5. This horse has presence, personality and power. Jutta is delighted to have him in her barn as her personal riding horse.

MONTERO V and SEDUCTOR III

After a trip with Jutta to Europe and a thorough review of Andalusian offerings in Spain, the Saada's selected two Andalusian Stallions - Seductor and Montero.

Both horses are fabulous examples of their breed and articulate different yet complimentary aspects entirely. Seductor arrived early in 2001 with Montero following at the end of the year. At date of import each stallion was five-years old. Montero (below) had been under saddle less than 6 months.
